Zeitview, a leading provider of aerial inspections in various industries, including solar, wind, and real estate, has recently announced the acquisition of Heliolytics, a specialized company focused on photovoltaic (PV) system performance through aerial inspection and integrated analytics. Heliolytics, formerly a division of NovaSource Power Services, will leverage its data insights with Zeitview’s expertise in state-of-the-art aerial inspection technologies. The majority of Heliolytics’ talented staff members will join Zeitview, and the company’s presence in Toronto, Canada, will continue, further strengthening Zeitview’s operations. The acquisition also brings together Heliolytics’ international operations in Europe, Latin America, and the Asian Pacific with Zeitview’s global footprint in the same regions, expanding their reach and customer solutions worldwide.

Heliolytics’ inspection tools and integrated analytics will now be further bolstered by Zeitview’s advanced AI/ML data processing engine. By the end of 2024, a complete integration of Heliolytics’ operations, data capture, and software into Zeitview’s global solar energy solutions is expected to be finalized, further augmenting Zeitview’s capabilities in providing cutting-edge aerial inspections.

This acquisition marks another significant step for Zeitview in its pursuit of excellence in aerial inspections, reinforcing its position as a leader in the industry.
